This notice has been prepared by RZ ARDA İNŞAAT TAAH. SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (the “Company”), as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform you about the processing of personal data obtained through the forms and communication channels on rzarda.com.tr. This English version is provided for information; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

2. Personal Data Processed

  • Identity data: first name, surname
  • Contact data: phone number, e-mail address
  • Customer transaction data: the project you wish to receive information about, your purpose of purchase (residence/investment), your budget range, message content
  • Transaction security data: IP address, form submission date and time, browser information
  • Marketing data: website usage data obtained through cookies and similar technologies (subject to your consent)

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to your information request and providing information about the project you requested
  • Conducting pre-sales meetings, appointments and presentations
  • Identifying suitable projects and payment options for you
  • Following up requests and complaints
  • Carrying out information security processes and preventing misuse
  • Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to the competent authorities
  • Where you have given explicit consent, informing you about campaigns, new projects and marketing activities

4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically, by fully or partly automated means, through the forms on our website, by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp and social media. It is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment of a contract (c), necessary to fulfil a legal obligation (ç), necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e), and necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f); and, for commercial electronic messages and marketing purposes, on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our authorised sales and marketing partners, to the hosting, e-mail and IT service providers we work with, and to the competent public institutions upon request. As the servers of services used on our website, such as Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) and Meta (Pixel), are located abroad, data relating to these services may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the periods set out in the relevant legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request its correction if incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing to our address above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, or by e-mail to info@rzarda.com.tr from your e-mail address registered in our system, or via secure electronic signature / registered electronic mail (KEP). Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
